It will display the random state name along with the population of that state, and you can even download the generated cities as a text file. How to Use a Random State Generator

To use the random state generator, follow the below easy steps:

1. Enter the number of random states to be generated.
2. Click on the “Generate” button.
3. Now it will display random state names with flags, the capital city of the state, and its population.
4. Click on the download button to download the generated cities as a text file.
5. Optionally, click on the predefined buttons to generate a specific number of random states if required.

Tip: Check the “Display Most Populous State First” option to filter state names with population data in the exact way that you want. By clicking on the “Show All” button, you can also see the most populous states in the United States.

When using the random state generator, you can further filter these states by selecting the following options:
